Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is also referred to as Rosalia Rosaly, is the Spanish singer of flamenco. When she was a teenager, she has worked both in traditional and popular music. However, her musical interests have expanded to include hip-hop and soul. Flamenco guitarist Pepe habichuela described her voice as sweet and sharp, yet featuring the sharpness of older singers. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was that was released in the year 2018, and was commercially and critically acclaimed. Following Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she got an award from the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned a Latin Grammy nod. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami featured songwriting partnerships with many artists including Cory Henry, James Blake and many others. The release date was the 20th of March, 2022 after the show of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the only solo performer on the show for the very first time ever on the program. Motomami was the only female in the history of music to be a recipient of the Latin Album of the Year two times, as well as the three Latin Grammy Awards.
