Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th in 1981) is an American actor from the United States. His career began playing roles in television shows, like Opposite sex in 2000. His fame was boosted by his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans has appeared in other films based on comic books, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). He gained wider recognition for his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War as well as the ensemble film The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He became one of the highest paid actors on the planet because of his work for the Marvel franchise.
